Hokkaido Milk Ice Cream 北海道 ミルクアイスクリーム

A truly luxurious experience. For those who are familiar with Hokkaido Milk it has a mild, almost vanilla-like flavor and a rich taste that coats the tastebuds. We believe we are the only ice cream maker in Canada that uses Hokkaido milk to produce ice cream due to its difficulty to obtain and its extremely high price point, in comparison with domestically produced milk. We will continue to produce it while we can secure the milk, as it is an extremely popular product. 

Ingredient List: Hokkaido Milk, Heavy Cream, Sugar, Honey, Guar Gum, Pure Vanilla Extract, Stabiliser Mix (Locust Bean Gum, Fatty Acids, Guar Gum, Sodium Alginate, Agar Agar), Salt.
