To Order: How it Works

1. There are two steps that are necessary to complete when buying and picking up ice cream: Scheduling a pick up and processing your purchase. You can first click on the 'schedule ice cream pick up time' button to schedule your ideal time to collect your ice cream. You can also find the link on the checkout page. You can add your date and time in the comment section of the checkout page or just add 'N/A'. Our pickup location is in north Whitby (Anderson & Taunton area).

   You will still need to proceed with checking out your order online so that we will receive your order details. Please return to your cart and proceed with purchasing your ice cream order.

2. Should you wish to proceed with ordering ice cream online for delivery, please note that we are only delivering within Durham Region Ontario. Any orders that are placed with a delivery location outside of Durham Region will be cancelled and money will be refunded. We apologize for this inconvenience, but it would be cost prohibitive to deliver ice cream beyond our nearest communities. You do not need to schedule a pick-up if you have chosen the delivery option. Someone will reach out to you directly (via the email you have provided) to schedule the delivery.

3. With transaction fees for online purchases being quite expensive for small businesses, we would greatly appreciate cash upon delivery which will save us money and allow us to further expand our business and offer better shipping options.

4. Deliveries will be done twice each week (typically Tuesday or Wednesday evenings and Sundays). Again, for deliveries, please do not use the appointment scheduling option. We will reach out to determine the most convenient time to deliver your ice cream.
