Brown butter ice cream is a decadent, richly flavored treat that offers a unique depth of taste. Its primary ingredient, browned butter, is made by cooking butter until the milk solids caramelize, creating a nutty, toasty aroma and flavor. This imparts the ice cream with warm, buttery notes reminiscent of caramel, toasted nuts, and a hint of butterscotch. As butter is a common ice cream flavor in Japan, we thought we would add this premium ice cream option to our menu as it is a must have!
