The Passion Started in 2022

In 2022, our family opened a small business in Whitby Ontario which sold Japanese groceries and hot food to the local community. Although the project (Osaka Food Market) was short lived, the owner's daughter, Ruby, became passionate about creating unique food and different flavors.

Ruby then had the opportunity to travel to Osaka Japan and experience all of the wonderful food options that were available. After trying unique ice cream flavors, an idea of blending Japanese flavors with more traditional western tastes created a desire to get started on a new project.

Armed with a new Italian made ice cream machine, Ruby (with the help of her parents) started to learn and create new flavors. She is sure that you will love them, so please give them a try!
